Privacy Policy
Last Updated: September 9, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how B.A.B.E. WITHIN LLC collects, uses, and shares your personal information. By using our website and services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, and physical address when you voluntarily provide it to us through forms, bookings, and communications. This includes sensitive, health, and medical information (such as your health history, skin conditions, current routines, and wellness goals) that is necessary to safely provide our customized skincare methods and protocols. We also collect usage data automatically through cookies and similar tracking technologies.
2. California Privacy Rights & Medical Information (CMIA/CCPA)
Under the California Medical Information Act (CMIA) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have specific rights regarding their personal and medical information. We maintain the strict confidentiality of your medical information, health history, and Skin Blueprints. We will not disclose your medical or health information to any third party for marketing or corporate purposes without your explicit, written authorization, except where strictly required by law.
As a California resident, you additionally have the right to request access to the health and personal data we have collected about you, request deletion or correction of your data, and opt-out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. B.A.B.E. WITHIN LLC does not and will not sell your medical or personal information to third parties.
3. How We Use Your Information
The information we collect is used to provide and maintain our services, inform you about updates and marketing offers, manage your inquiries, and improve the overall user experience on our platform.
4. Mandatory Photo Release & Clinical Records
To safely and accurately provide our specialized skin analysis and treatments, it is mandatory that we take digital photographs and/or videos of your face and treatment areas. These visual records are a fundamental part of tracking your skin progression, treatment efficacy, and overall barrier health.
Because these records are strictly necessary for our internal clinical documentation and to ensure the highest standard of care, we cannot provide a skin analysis or perform any treatments if you refuse this photo release. The photo release must be provided at least four days (96 hours) prior to your scheduled appointment. Appointments will be rejected without a completed release form, with no exceptions. Additionally, your appointment can be changed or rescheduled if the owner cannot finish the analysis form before your scheduled time. Failure to provide the release in time may result in cancellation and associated fees (as detailed in our Terms & Conditions). These clinical photos will remain strictly confidential within your private client file and will never be used for public marketing without your separate, explicit written consent.
5. Contact Us
